Simply Glamour and Glitz

The challenge this week at Less is More is to incorporate some glamour and glitz into a creation.

To me nothing can be more glam than a sparkly party dress to wear out somewhere glitzy and so with that in mind I created:

The purple dress is made out of sparkly purple card which I cut using a scalloped circle and then trimmed into a dress shape. A little bit of ribbon was added as a finishing flourish.

I quite like the finished dress (it’s the first time I’ve attempted it) and the top can be cut in several different ways to create different effects.
